2) Hanoi Spring (enjoy the cool weather and the delicious vietnamese food)

3) KK the Mountain (can you make it up there??)

Looking forward to the NEXT LABUAN gathering Year 2007!!!!!

Here is the plan for Year 2007 Labuan follow-up, folks. For those of you who was there in Labuan Year 2006 Reunion, you know the routine. Next year the party is going to be better than ever. We will have other gatherings of course. For example, Bangkok Trip, where wifey and girlfriends can go shopping and the men check out the golf courses.

Swee and Leslie complained that they did not catch a sizeable fish the last trip (wait till you see what we could catch in Labuan next...see pic below) while, Jui Hin could not care less other than duty-free cigarettes. Me and James were taking in all the goodness of the trip. I bet the difference between us was, cooperate guys will always demand, set PKIs and measuring outputs. Next year we hope the others like Eng Hiang, William, Teng Aik, How Chiat, Charles Yong, Jaithish, John, Brian, Adrian, Stephen, Feisol, Rosdin, Hulba, Awang, Wilson, Chiew Chiaw Jin, Fabian, Beng Hock, Choo Lip, Kui hian, Kian Teck, USA migrants, Australian migrants, ......add your name here .....etc etc will join in the trip.

For starters, Pat has a new boat for a christmas present. Sea Baby 2. Other normal people just get fruit cakes for Christmas I think. Check out the fishing poweress in this baby...

I hope this one got a hot shower and a running toilet like the Sea Diver. I am sure we can catch something with this boat, Swee and Leslie. You can't blame the equipment this time!

....and this is what we are aiming to catch...none other than the Bryde's whale which has been spotted off Sabah recently.

Other than fishing, the new activities will be kayaking. I am sure in 2007, Pat's island chalets will be ready for accomadation. Maybe we could put that in the schedule.
Here are some photos below of the kayaking trip on the Menumbok river where crocodiles are a plenty. Folks get ready to apply for visa from the Minister of Home Wifeys if needed. I will keep you all posted on the next trip.

All... Check this out.... the website weather station recorded 6 degrees celsius for Kuching at 18:12 Dec 5, 2006. Must be a block of Chemical Brother's ice in his beaut brew accidentally fell onto the thermometer!

Kayaking with Pat in Labuan, anyone???..Well I'll be worried if a crocodile swim up beside a kayak and its mating season!!!

At 3rd Mile, ice cream place...Pat and Leslie trying to relive old times when you have to bike all the way there to experience the true estacy of a sandwiched vanilla bread ice cream. Yum!

The three demanding customers who are waiting impatiently...as evident from the degree of hairloss...Leslie's is the odd one

Pat and Hiang putting on a nice Kodak moment to be captured for posterity.

Beng Hock and family at the Coffee Bean.

John's thoughts: Hey...I feel like a king...wait...I am the King, and where the .... is my latte???

Another kodak moment.......

Jeesz, Feisol posing like a movie star. After all the stories you told of the good old school days, there a movie to be made about it!!!!!

Cyeo and the counterweight, Pat.

Mr. Jackson and Mr. Brian....with a good laugh

On 24th Oct 2006, Hari Raya visit to Feisol's place. Brian, John, Feisol, Hiang, Pat and Yeo in the pic. After Feisol's, we went to Hulba's house. Its funny that our conversation seems to revolve around trying to find out what everyone else is doing. Hiang's blog is a great way to keep in touch and better still for networking because it will be beneficial in some ways for all of us. Maybe Hiang will be convinced to launch his next feature in the blog....that could be named as LaboraNet which will feature our friends' profession, work and interests (Fyi- Ora et Labora is a the motto of the Order of St Benedict which means "Pray and Work")

Since we are discussing Main Bazaar so much.....

Yan Ling... I have omitted the house number from the picture below.. but it is the blackish roof right?
